Building & Landscaping in Eston

APH built us a garden room. Straightforward process, solid result.

It’s already being used daily as an office. Can’t fault the work.

We had a garden room built at the bottom of our garden. It’s become my home office.

The lads did everything from the base to the roof. Solid construction all the way through. It doesn’t creak or shake like some you see. The finish inside is tidy and the outside blends in well. The whole process was straightforward. They kept me updated without overloading me. It’s now my favourite place to work. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of mates.

We had a kitchen knock through done and it’s transformed the house. The builders put the RSJ in, sorted everything with building control, and got the work done quickly.

They were easy going, respectful, and left the place tidy. The open plan space is exactly what we wanted and I’m delighted with it.

Resin driveway installed earlier this year. APH gave a clear quote that matched what I paid in the end.

No funny extras. The team worked well together and finished quicker than I thought possible. The drive looks clean and smart. It makes the front of the house look completely different. Several neighbours have commented on how sharp it looks. It drains properly too which was a big concern of mine. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Really glad we booked them.

Decking installed last month. The whole job went without a hitch.

The builders showed up when they said they would, got straight to it, and finished within the timeframe. The deck itself feels solid. It’s become our favourite spot in the garden. We’ve been eating dinner out there most nights. It’s exactly what we were hoping for when we booked them.

They did the groundwork for our extension. Everything was explained clearly, no hidden extras.

The guys worked quickly and left things tidy afterwards. Happy to recommend based on how smoothly it all went.

Had an RSJ fitted so we could open up the kitchen and dining room. The team handled everything, including the building regs stuff, which made it easy.

Job looks solid and was done without hassle.

Porcelain paving fitted recently. The tiles look amazing.

Modern and clean. The builders worked carefully so nothing cracked or chipped. I was impressed with how tidy they kept everything. The patio is easy to clean and looks fantastic. I can see us using it a lot this summer.

We had a wall removed and the lads did a cracking job. The open plan space looks amazing and was finished within the timeframe.

Had a full garden makeover with new turf and a small patio. The team kept it simple, turned up when they said, and the end result is spot on.

Whole space feels completely different now.

Loft dormer put in by APH and it’s fantastic. Loads more space and light.

The builders worked hard, explained things when needed, and were respectful in the house. Couldn’t really ask for more.

Garage conversion done by APH a couple of months back. From the first visit they made it simple, gave us a clear quote, and stuck to it.

The guys working on site were sound, turned up every day, and cracked on without delay. The new room is smart, comfortable, and feels properly finished.
