Building & Landscaping in Ingleby Barwick

Loft conversion carried out recently. The team worked hard, finished within the timeframe, and the new room looks perfect.

Exactly what we needed.

Fence put up along the back of the garden. The lads measured everything properly then fitted the panels without messing around.

It looks neat, feels secure, and has made the garden look much smarter. They tidied up after themselves too. It’s such a relief not to have the old wobbly fence anymore.

APH repaired the brickwork on our chimney and sorted out some pointing on the back wall. The builders knew exactly what they were doing.

They didn’t mess around or drag things out. The work looks neat and tidy. You can hardly see where repairs were done. Very impressed with the quality.

Had a conservatory built. The team were organised, got everything done within the agreed time, and it’s turned out just how we wanted.

The space feels like a proper part of the house now.

Had an RSJ fitted so we could open up the kitchen and dining room. The team handled everything, including the building regs stuff, which made it easy.

Job looks solid and was done without hassle.

Loft conversion finished not long ago. The builders were sound.

They turned up on time, got on with it, and didn’t leave a mess everywhere which I really appreciated. The room looks amazing and gives us so much more space. It honestly feels like it’s always been part of the house. Couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.

Block paved driveway installed last month. The lads turned up every day and didn’t waste time.

They finished quicker than I expected which was a nice surprise. The drive is neat and solid. Cars sit on it perfectly. I couldn’t ask for more.

Artificial lawn fitted by APH. No more mowing or mud which is a relief.

The team worked quickly and the finish looks spot on. Kids love it already.

We had a full lawn replaced with turf. The job was done quickly and the grass looks brilliant.

Really neat work from the lads.

Booked them for a small extension. No stress at all, everything went smoothly.

Turned up when they said, kept me updated, and the finish is spot on. Would definitely use them again.

Roof replacement carried out by the team recently. They gave a clear timescale, turned up on time, and finished exactly when they said.

The new roof looks great and has already been tested with some heavy rain. Really glad we chose them for the job.

Brickwork on the front of the house was looking rough, so I had APH sort it. They tidied it all up, repointed everything, and it looks new again.

Team were on time, friendly, and left everything clean.
