Building & Landscaping in Sedgefield

We had a full garden renovation carried out. APH handled the design, the fencing, and the new patio.

The whole team worked hard every day until it was complete. They were easy to chat with and made sure I was comfortable with what was happening. The garden looks totally different now. It’s smart, practical, and has become our favourite place to spend time. Family and friends have already commented on how good it looks. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Paul managed our loft project and was brilliant. He explained things clearly and was always happy to answer questions.

The lads doing the work were tidy and respectful which made a big difference with us still living in the house. The finished space is exactly what we wanted. It’s warm, comfortable, and blends seamlessly with the rest of the house. We use it every day now and I honestly can’t imagine not having it. Fantastic job all round.

Loft dormer finished recently. Builders were friendly and easy to chat with.

The new room looks perfect and blends nicely with the house.

Kitchen extension finished a few weeks back. Really pleased with it.

The builders were reliable, turned up when they said, and did a tidy job.

Artificial lawn fitted by APH. No more mowing or mud which is a relief.

The team worked quickly and the finish looks spot on. Kids love it already.

Garage conversion finished recently and it’s made a huge difference. The builders were friendly, polite, and kept the place tidy.

I was expecting dust everywhere but they managed it really well. The new office space feels comfortable and proper. The whole thing was done within the timeframe they promised. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a full lawn replaced with turf. The job was done quickly and the grass looks brilliant.

Really neat work from the lads.

APH carried out a roof replacement for us. The lads were polite and easy to talk to.

They cracked on without needing constant direction. The new roof looks really neat and has already kept the house warm and dry through some bad weather. I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing the same job done.

We had a deck built at the back. The team were easy to get along with.

The deck is neat and solid. Already using it loads.

Got my loft converted and it’s changed the house completely. Builders were easy to talk to, no messing around, and the work looks solid.

Price was fair too.

Had artificial grass fitted earlier this year. The old lawn was patchy and always muddy.

The lads stripped it back, prepped the ground properly, and got the new grass in within a couple of days. It looks brilliant and it’s easy to look after. Kids are on it constantly which is exactly why we wanted it done. No regrets at all.

Decking installed last month. The whole job went without a hitch.

The builders showed up when they said they would, got straight to it, and finished within the timeframe. The deck itself feels solid. It’s become our favourite spot in the garden. We’ve been eating dinner out there most nights. It’s exactly what we were hoping for when we booked them.
